HOA seeking receptionist/customer service representative for a small office, located in the east valley (Shea & 112th Street). This is a temporary part time position that may end in August, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be answering and directing incoming telephone inquires in a professional upbeat and friendly manner. Greeting customers to determine their needs and answering questions while ensuring a positive service experience. Data entry and general office functions.

Skills/ Requirements:
~ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
~ Organized, efficient & detail orientated with the ability to multi-task.
~ Must be dependable and punctual.
~ Ability to manage a front desk while being friendly & professional.
~ Excellent phone etiquette, communication and customer service skills.
~ Quick Learner
~ Out-going personality with a team attitude.
