Product Delivery Officer II -Treasury Management |

Responsible for coordinating and directing treasury management sales activities to include development of new treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and servicing clients. Works with the client team to determine client needs and develops potential solutions to meet those needs. Leads the analysis and evaluation of potential solutions through cost benefit analysis. Works with the CREB client manager to assess the risk associated with potential solutions. Ensures that other team members are informed of client needs and of the solutions to meet those needs. Generally, leads pricing and negotiation of TM products to optimize relationship profitability. Leads TM review with client and presentation of TM components of Relationship Review. Qualifications Required Skills: College Degree - Finance, Accounting, Business Admin. preferred. Must be a highly motivated self starter able to work with limited daily supervision. Candidate must be highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities and prioritize effectively. Candidate must understand how to leverage technology to achieve goals and deliverables. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including client facing presentations. Candidate must be able to demonstrate project management skills. Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent PC Skills, in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong team player with negotiations skills.
