We seek a top notch, goal driven in vivo biologist who can succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment by leveraging the following: Experience with administration of test compounds by multiple routes in vivo. Dosing techniques including oral gavage, i.v., i.p., t.v., subcutaneous, intranasal, and stereotactic injection. Tissue preparation and harvesting. Molecular biology experience including ELISA, DNA, RNA, PCR, and bDNA. siRNA and tissue culture experience a plus.A BS in Biology or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years experience or an MS with a minimum of 4 years experience.
