Part time multi-project labor help wanted

Residential renovation projects at two sites. If you are looking for part time labor working for 2 to 8 hours per day, and/or from 1 to 5 days in a row. Pay starting at $8.00 per hour cash and pay raise evaluations occurring after each subsequent time you work. The Maximum earning potential is $12.00 per hour cash or negotiable based on skills. In other word - you perform well your first work day you could earn more your next work day. Work schedule would be erratic with potentially several days between one work project and the next. The work is on two separate residential properties each located in Streamwood and Schaumburg Illinois and both within ½ mile of Schaumburg and Barrington Roads. You must provide your own transportation to these locations. Must be able bodied due to the fact their might be moderately heavy lifting or strenuous activities to perform. Some OTJ training will be provided. Must be able to work and think independently at times and I would expect you to come to work mostly sober.
The duties you might perform will include:
*Digging, Shoveling, Sweeping, Lifting of 40 to 80 pounds.
*Landscaping, yard work, installation of landscaping bricks, debris removal.
*Chain link fence installation.
*Painting.
*Interior room demolition and debris removal.
*Interior room framing.
*Construction Carpentry.
*Finishing work (cutting trim work and installing)
*Drywall – cutting, installation, taping, mudding.
*Ceramic tile removal
*Ceramic tile cutting and installation.
*Laminate flooring – cutting, installation.
*Carpet – cutting and installation.
*Materials procurement^
*Odd errands.^

^Any activities that would require you to use your vehicle, like materials procurement or odd errands, would be reimbursed at a rate of $0.40 per mile. If these duties due are performed you would also be required to provide your own automobile insurance. These duties are not likely to occur until well within your employment history so don’t let this scare you away.
There are no drug or background checks.
