DESCRIPTION: The Processing Superintendent is responsible for supervising, training exempt and hourly employees to meet or exceed production standards including production yields and efficiencies. Follows Quality Assurance procedures according to written specifications achieving acceptable quality and food safety standards. Ensures HACCP, Hygiene and GMP programs are properly followed. Responsible for good housekeeping and sanitation practices. Assists with other projects as requested with the Plant Manager and Division Managers on operational issues, makes decisions regarding production, coordinates and oversees all production.
