The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and work direction for the pressroom/bindery operations so that products produced exceed customer expectations with a minimal amount of spoilage. This position will require rotating 12 hours shifts. Responsibilities: Participates in the planning, development, organization, implementation, direction and evaluation of the departments operations.
