The TRO Business Management Office (BMO) Engagement Consultant works in the Technology Risk organization led by Kaiser Permanente''s Technology Risk Officer. As a member of the BMO team you will report to the Director - Resource Enablement of the Business Management Office. Essential Functions: - Lead training sessions for all levels of employees across multiple regions. - Act as a ''Career Steward'' for employees by activelycoaching and providing input on the development of employees at all levels. - Demonstrate mastery of all KPworkforce development programs/systems to include, but not limited to, KP Learn, Talent Profile/Succession Management, KP Mentor Program, KP Intern Program and TRO Cyber Security University. - Represent Resource Enablement at all TRO events and actively serve as an ambassador for TRO Resource Enablement. - Drive engagement of all new employees through a highly coordinated onboarding process. - Actively coach employees as assigned. - Lead work streams as assigned and deliver on schedule with metrics and summary reports defining success. - Actively engage TRO as needed in support of driving results related to People Pulse as assigned. - Actively and dependably check in on assigned employees with the intent to drive a highly engaged, collaborative TRO. - Complete certification work in an advanced communications toolset as assigned. - Provide workforce data analysis supporting solutions to complex problems, employee engagement and transformational initiatives. - Analyze workforce survey data resulting in concise, strategic recommendations. - Actively model each of the KP Core Behaviors every day without fail. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Experience - Minimum five (5) years of related experience. Education - Bachelor''s degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field. - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration - N/A Additional Requirements: - Thorough knowledge of policies, practices and systems. - Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. - Full knowledge of industry practices. - Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - A strong background in engaging employees at all levels and influencing change in a dynamic environment. - Ability to design, lead, and analyze data from focus groups. - Must have strong communication and planning skills, be detail oriented, well organized, demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills, self-directed, team focused, and results driven. - Strong client relationship focus and experience working with Executive Level staff/leadership. - Partner strategically across areas, entities, and functions to achieve long-term performance and organizational goals. - Master-s Degree - Ability to study/review other organizations in the IT sphere and make concise recommendations to help drive the KPIT Best Place to Work initiative in the form of a summary report.
