I am looking for managers to go door-to-door with IGS giving people discounts on their electric and gas bills, to train agents, and to recruit agents.

PAY:
You will get paid between $25-$28 per application
You will get between $5-$8 over-rides on people you train and recruit
Pay is weekly onto a card that is issued to you

REQUIREMENTS:
A vehicle to get to work and transport your recruits and trainees
A cell phone
You need to be 18 years or older
No felonies
Be a self-motivated and fast learner
Write 15 applications a week

* I will train you in the beginning so that you know how to do the job on your own and how to train your people.

* Once you feel comfortable doing the job on your own you can work pretty much anywhere in Ohio.

* This is an easy job because all you are doing is giving people discounts on their gas and electric bills. There is a lot of money to be made!!!

* You can walk out of a home having earned between $50 and $56 dollars.

* Managers are required to write at least 15 applications a week, which is very easy. This is something that can be done in 1-2 days.

* All other agents will be required to write at least 10 applications a week, but you can set higher standards for your team.

* Every week that you are paid on 25 applications you get a $100 bonus and when you are paid on 50 applications you get a $200 bonus.

* There are other bonuses for top writers, top teams, and top recruiters.

* I will provide you and your team work shirts, badges, applications, binders, and pay cards. You can wear any type of appropriate bottoms that you want.
