Univeristy House Lake Road is a student housing property currently seeking an accounts manager, full time. Primary duties include delinquency control, rent collection, resident charges, report deadlines, skips, evictions, monthly delinquency calls, and other necessary assistance with office needs. Applicants will need to be able and adapt to a face paced environment. This is a great opportunity for recent Business, Management and/or Accounting majors/graduates. Those who have previous experience with banking, accounting, apartments and/or collections are highly encouraged to apply.
