Immediate opening for an HR Director in South Central Kentucky. Qualified candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with at least 5+ years’ experience. Master’s Degree would be a plus. Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft office programs, be attentive to detail, analytical, a strategic planner, possess the ability to create advanced planning, training, employee/education programs, and employee handbooks, conduct meetings of large employee base, and be capable of outstanding communication and written skills, in addition to having environmental and safety experience.
