Salary: Based on qualifications

The HR Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, New Hire Orientation and policy administration. The HR Generalist is also responsible for maintaining employee personnel files; employee status changes, coordinating benefit enrollment and utilization and the credentialing process for licensed independent practitioners. The HR Generalist is under general supervision of the Manager of Human Resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study
*Must have at least two years experience in an HR setting
*Proficient in HRIS software, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, E-mail, faxes, voice mail system and common office machines

MUST DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:
*Knowledge of Federal and State employment and benefit laws
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
*Experience in human resource disciplines
*Knowledge of the methods and practices of sound record management
*Excellent organization and time management skills
