The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the following areas: 
-The overall goal of creating a top notch, consistent and effective recruitment function by implementing effective an unique programs to attract top talent throughout the organization 
-Coach and guide recruiter on priority and direction of hiring and departmental goals 
-Overall management of recruiting function which includes full-cycle recruiting strategies, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices, systems, and most effective staffing methodology 
-Maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends within Acquia and the Drupal community 
-Establish rapport with managers, executives and peers 
-Develop monthly reports and metrics on recruitment initiatives and performance for senior management 
-Practice full lifecycle recruiting from requisition approval to offer acceptance 
-Source, identify and recruit professionals across a wide array of verticals and levels of experience  
-Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search, social networks and current technologies 
-Proactively network with user groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationship
