Overview

As an Agile Project Manager/ScrumMaster, you will be working closely with a team of developers, architects, business analysts and product owners to deliver enterprise software solutions in a complex environment.

 

Responsibilities

- Removing impediments and allow the team to deliver 

- Ensure that the Agile process is used as intended

- Act as a true servant leader, protect the team and keep them focused on the tasks at hand 

- Possess a sound understanding of Kanban, Scrum, and XP principles and approaches

 

Requirements

- Project management experience in a multi-vendor, consulting environment.

- Hands-on experience working with the Scrum framework. 

- Ability to ensure Agile concepts are adhered to, while being mindful of environmental constraints that may exist.

- Proficiency with JIRA for tracking user stories, sprints, and burn down charts. 

- Experience delivering complex Java/J2EE based applications in a consulting environment. 

- Understanding of enterprise Java concepts including JMS and ESB. 

- Proven commitment to software best practices including Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, etc. 

- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a consistent record of 'on time' delivery and customer service.
