Job Description This position is responsible for managing a team of 1st party collection/customer service/technical support Team Supervisors and Agents (contact center), including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, assigning work and establishing priorities, performance management, assessment, and leading the contact center staff on their team in a manner that ensures responsive, accurate, courteous and professional attention to all customer needs at all service delivery points.
