Volume expectations 1200 new at $2750 and 1200 used at $3000. You need to motivate, recruit and train management and a sales force. You need to manage your inventories for a quick turn on new and used. Must have extensive experience in CRM management, F & I Systems and Used Vehicle Turn Systems. You need to develop and manage a very aggressive internet department. Dealership earned $5M in the last 2 years. General Managers proposed pay plan of 17.5% + $90,000 salary would have earned him $1,007,125. This profit was achieved on 3200 unit sales over the 2 years. Based on the above volume expectations, that same bonus amount should be around $1,500,000. Beautiful facility in a great location. |
