The Communications Director reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for coordinating and managing internal communications for Desert Schools. The Internal Communications Director will work cross-functionally with key individuals in each business function to ensure that internal messages remain cohesive and integrated across corporate, business units and locations.
