Job Responsibilities: As a Resource Coordinator in the Maintenance and Construction division, you will produce the most efficient, cost effective and leveled work resource plan for National Grid based on workforce availability, performance, geographic optimization and schedule flexibility. Monitor monthly resource levels, resource predictions, performance and plan progress in order to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
