NATURE OF POSITION : Provide leadership to all Airgas activities in assigned business area of Boston and Central New England. Develops and directs the business plan and strategy for the area in conjunction with the executive management team. Maintains full profit and loss responsibility for the business area and regularly provides review and corrective action plans to executive management.
