Seeks a general manager, ideal condidate will have hands-on experience in overseeing short-term rental units to include maintenance, housekeeping, front desk activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring properties are well maintained financially, structurallly and aesthetically on behalf of owner associattions including implementing and maintaining high standards to ensure owner and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in property or community association required. Candidate should have knowledge in food and beverage and catering.
