Kindercare Learning centers is growing and looking for experienced asssitant managers with the desire to be a director in their future. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities: * Desire to work with children and teachers in a classroom setting * Ability to train and develop teachers on classroom curriculum and management of group sizes. * Familiarity with Washington State liscensing regualtions preferred but not required. * Ability to work in fast paced ever changing environment * Familiar with scheduling, light bookkeeping, customer service skills * Must have positive attitude and knowledge of directing and working with a diversified workforce. Problem solving skills a must! * Willingness to enroll and continue in state STARS program (required for industry), CPR, First Aid & Criminal Background Checks (all paid by employer). Professional business casual attire applies. * Ability to multi-task and keep organized during busy times without easily getting overwhelmed. * Work schedule is M-F between 6:30am-6:30pm with 40 hour work week. Typically one open, one mid and three closes per week depending on needs of business and managment team. * Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, Child- care Discount, Education Reimbursement up to $2500 annually, 401K and select paid holidays with time of service.
