Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Manages and drives activities of sales team of assigned region to ensure all efforts are made to attain or exceed daily, weekly and monthly assigned regions profitable revenue goals and objectives in accordance with PSC policies, practices and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Formulates and implement effective marketing plan for assigned region on a client by client basis including policies and procedures on sales and advertising to ensure success in delivering profitable sales revenue.
*Recruits, hires, develops, mentors, appraises and coaches an active sales team of 10 to 15 full time sales professionals, creating a challenging, motivating environment that drives business and profitability.
*Model and maintain a high standard of professionalism from dress to presentations, our local sales force needs visible leadership on how they conduct themselves in order to sell at the highest possible level
*Establishes processes and procedures that ensure optimum productivity and achievement of profitable revenue targets, including sales statistic analyses, planning, forecasting and reporting processes. *Communicates to management by delivering periodic and ad hoc management reports indicating sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
*Sources new potential customers.
*Closes sales on a direct basis as needed, based on appropriate procedure.
*Analyzes sales trends to assist sales team in increasing sales.
*Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential; implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
*Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist operations in promoting sales.
*Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales and operations representatives.
*Develops relationships with existing and prospective clients.
*Negotiates and assists in closing contracts for key clients.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
*Four year degree in business, business Administration, Finance or similar field
*Valid driver's license

DEMONSTRATED JOB - RELATED EXPERIENCE:
*7 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the field or in a related area.

DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
*Well developed working knowledge of sales and service processes and techniques in the industrial waste arena
*Well developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
*Well developed effective leadership abilities
*Record of sales success
*Well developed effective interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain productive relationships with internal and external groups
*Ability to utilize software to present data and reports in an effective format
*Organized self-starter with the ability to operate under minimal supervision and guidance
*Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPt. And Outlook.)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
*50% or greater travel
