The Assembly Product Manager will be charged with growing top line assembly, test and integration revenue as well as bottom line profit. The successful candidate will properly position the company's assembly and test offerings in the market versus competition and close on new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute the assembly and test sales and marketing strategy. 2. Prepare and respond to Requests for Quotes and Proposals. 3. Create, develop and deliver presentations aimed at customer as well as executive management. 4. Develop customer service best practices for assembly and test customers. 5. Participate and drive closure in all contract negotiations with assembly and test customers. 6. Insure that the worldwide assembly and test customer sales forecast is executed on an effective and timely basis.
EOE/M/F/D/V Specific Skills Required: 1. Ability to lead technical personnel and complex project execution. 2. Excellent cost, price and schedule estimation skills. 3. Customer advocate with the ability to "think like a customer." 4. Systems "savvy" and command of the Microsoft Office suite. Educational Requirements: - BS in Business or related field required. - Master's Degree or above preferred. Additional Requirements: 1. Ability to travel to client sites and other locations as necessary. 2. This is a senior role and requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure and has demonstrated experience in crisis and expectation management. 3. Experience in Contract Manufacturing industry in a Sales, Product Management or Plant Management role.
