Trees Organic Coffee is seeking an Assistant Manager!
- Position: Assistant Manager, F/T, Permanent, 30hours per week (NOC: 0621)
- Work Location: 321 Water Street Unit 100, Vancouver, BC
- Wage Benefits: $26/ hr, 4% of vacation pay
- Number of positions: 1
- Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and evaluate the operation of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
- Resolve customer complaints
- Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
Job/ Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Bachelor degree of business administration or
- Min. 2 years of working experience in cafe management
- Excellent customer service skills
