For Sale: 1998 Reflection Mobile Home

Single un-employed mom needs the money and must sell ASAP, Priced Cheap to sell today to the 1^st buyer with cash!!!!!  2 BR/2 BA, mobile home for sale fast!  Buyer will need to have it moved to your own location/lot after purchased.  It can’t stay on this lot once it’s been sold.  Central air, LP heat, appliances included is stove, dishwasher, and side-by- side fridge. Paid 15k when I bought it 5 years ago but I must sell ASAP so will take 7k to the first lucky buyer with the cash. Master bath has huge tub and has separate shower unit as well.  I moved out in a hurry so it does need the rest of my stuff moved out and cleaned. Will remove my stuff and clean the best I can, but has been winterized so no damage was done while vacant.  And no utilities are on, so I can’t really clean it properly without electricity and water, but asking price reflects that as well.
