Growing insurance agency in Burlingame is looking for a fulltime/parttime team member, who has a high commitment to quality policy holder service, excellent communication skills, and 2+ yrs in customer service/ sales experience.
Temporary position to permanent upon meeting requirements
Incentive oriented compensation system with health insurance benefit.

Qualifications:
-Generate sales leads
-Practice high ethical standards
-Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
-Set appointments with new and existing clients
-Employ consultative sales approach
-Successfully communicate with a variety of prospects and clients
-Ability to adapt in a fast paced business environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Ability to quickly learn proprietary computer software
-Ability to pass training and licensing programs
