National wholesale shopping club is seeking E-Commerce Associates.  Better than expected revenues are allowing us to expand our market.  We expect the months of November and December to be record breaking and we need to keep up with demand.

Responsibilities include assistance with expanding our online commercial presence, developing ongoing customer relationships through education and support, appointment scheduling and activation of wholesale membership accounts.  This is not a sales position.  You will be the direct liaison between potential customers and the factory.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about E-Commerce and possess strong computer skills.  Excellent communication skills are essential and a background in a customer service related industry would be a plus.  Must be organized, efficient, able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and work with little to no supervision.
