JOB DESCRIPTION

Volume Seattle is seeking a motivated, passionate individual as a part time Marketing intern (unpaid) to join our growing team. We request that a candidate to be committed with a minimum commitment of three months. The successful candidate who demonstrates exceptional commitment and impress us with their high quality of work may be offered an extended contract with us. 

Responsibilities include…

Distributing content to various websites

Monitoring, managing, and engage our audience via multiple social media platforms

Reaching out to Social Media leads about our services

Performing research to expand our marketing outreach

Maintaining our website

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly motivated self-starter

Experience with Twitter and Facebook

Works well with resources and under time constraints

Reliable mode of transportation

Interest and/or experience in the entertainment, or night life industry

Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time

Resourceful and research savvy

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible availability

Bonuses:

Multilingual, fluency in other languages are helpful

Ability to work off hours such as late evenings (10pm-2am) or during special event times

Graphic design skills (ie: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, CorelDRAW, Microsoft Expression Design)

Technical skills (website management, DreamWeaver, php, html5)
