Job Responsibility of Counsellor

  Assisting & counselling candidates to identify their academic values and goal, consistent with their capabilities, interest and educational background.

  Generating enquiries for the candidates (Posting ads, addressing the web enquiry, E-mailing, Etc…).

  Being accessible and available to candidates to responds to their questions and concerns.

  Handle the walk-in enquiries effectively by regular follow up for enrolment.

  Assist the centre admin to complete the registration (Enrolment) formalities.

  Assist and co-ordinate between the student and placement team.

  Assisting external marketing team in terms of database follow-up

  Responsible for individual business target.

  Daily reports should be sent to the centre manager as per the specified format.

  Maintain the decorum of your workplace and update the notice board regularly.

  Should work towards the target committed and achieve successfully.

  Maintaining currency in academic advising trends and techniques through professional development.

Apart from these, even other duties may also be assigned which the management feels necessary at any given point of time as per the organization requirement.
