Strategic & Financial:
Leads center development marketing process with center team (in applicable centers). With support from RVP of Marketing and other development marketing resources; lead ongoing planning and overall communications strategy, ground-breaking/grand-opening events and post-opening marketing strategy.
Develop marketing plan and seek support from cross functional center teams and management
Determine center priorities and assets, and allocate appropriate marketing resources to most important/key issues
Operational:
Identify best practice approaches and share results regionally
Oversee key communication vehicles used to ensure maximum effectiveness
Recap and evaluate all major center campaigns to ensure measurability and quality
Assist with annual performance review or marketing staff
