We are currently seeking a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to join our Brand Management department in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will conduct business analysis and provide recommendations for assigned brand(s) using multiple data sources. Specific accountabilities include: Identifying patterns and trends in data and identifying implications to the business. Solving problems and providing recommendations based on facts, solid analysis and well thought out rationale by analyzing the brand history, category dynamics, marketing tools and the competition. Leading the development and execution of equity building promotions and/or programs. Managing and Leading cross-functional partners for brand plan execution Managing and tracking budgets as appropriate. Participating on university relation recruiting teams. Leading special projects as neededQualifications include: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or related subject matter. 18 to 36 months of relevant experience is preferred. A high degree of initiative. Demonstrated resourcefulness; the ability to get things done fully using all available resources. A high degree of curiosity; consistently asking questions and probing the data until all solutions have been exhausted The ability to continuously apply new learning and the ability to think quickly.
