As a Senior Marketing Manager, you would be primarily responsible for increasing client engagement through the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include:


* Conceive, create and execute innovative and scalable marketing campaigns to help attract new clients and increase engagements with existing ones.

* Identify strategies and manage key marketing channels: Website, Organic Search, Online Advertising, Email, Social Media

* Manage external agencies and creative partners.

* Use data to measure performance of programs and drive innovation.

* Engage internal management and delivery resources in marketing requirements dialog




* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative TEAM environment. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action.

* Proven track record of identifying market needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs. Must be agile and flexible, constantly staying ahead of the curve.

* Excellent business judgment and strategic aptitude; the ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently, in a manner consistent with company vision, core principles, and market positioning

* Deep expertise identifying and executing strategy using evolving industry tools (esp. marketing automation, sales force automation, customer relationship management,

* Experience running marketing campaigns from inception through execution and maintenance

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

* 5-10+ years’ experience in developing and executing marketing strategy

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills

* Bachelor’s degree

* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals



**Preferred Qualifications*

* Experience with B2B marketing strategy

* Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Familiarity with Microsoft technologies

* MBA preferred
