Our diverse client base consists primarily of Fortune 1000 companies in the mid-Atlantic region.




Our Marketing Director is a strategic and tactical leader who shapes the current and future image of our firm. You manage all internal and external communications with the goal of authentically expressing our brand to promote our firm, our solutions and capabilities, and gain recognition in the market. You are responsible for conceptualizing our company’s marketing strategy, while also delivering on its tactics. You lead our firm through brand positioning, customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing strategies. You have a passion for delivering delightful customer experiences through all marketing channels.




You have an un-tamed creativity that enables you to translate our brand and image into an experience for industry users. You work with senior leadership to understand our company strategy and create a marketing roadmap to support near-term revenue goals and long-term strategic goals. You build networks in our community by designing and executing network strategies, outbound communication, and targeted campaign and event management. You collaborate with our thought leaders to generate collateral and publish materials via blogs, whitepapers, and speaking engagements. You create compelling marketing materials, including proposal content, brochures, and press releases that are true to our brand and relevant to our market. The website content and social media strategies you design will strengthen our connection with our community. To you, marketing and sales are not separate silos. In fact, they are tightly integrated efforts and are mutually supportive. With your leadership, we will significantly expand the role of marketing in connecting us with clients, recruits, and business partners with whom we can develop and sustain long-term mutually-beneficial partnerships.
