We are located in Issaquah – right off of I-90. Job Description We are looking for an experienced search engine marketing manager. You will be responsible for a million dollar pay per click (PPC) marketing budget and be responsible for hitting sales and profitability goals. You will be responsible for: • Day to day management of our paid search marketing campaigns - including keyword sourcing, competitive benchmarking, creative optimization, landing page optimization, continual bid optimization, reporting, and analysis. • Analyze paid search campaigns - derive actionable insights to expand program and drive efficiency. • Track, report, and analyze SEM campaign performance on a daily basis. • Manage to aggressive growth targets and margin requirements. • Work cross-functionally with the engineering team to align team goals with paid search strategy. Job Qualifications • 4+ years experience managing high volume search engine marketing campaigns • Extensive knowledge of Tier-1 PPC Search Engine platforms (Google, Yahoo, MSN), paid search, bidding & keyword management, tracking tools, etc… • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience mining and analyzing large datasets to gain business insight and drive decisions. • Ability to meet marketing initiatives under strict deadlines, work well under pressure, and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable with Excel and pivot tables • Strong ad copy writing skills Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base • Very attractive bonus model • Fully Paid Medical and dental insurance for employee and dependents • Great work environment and culture
