To provide professional, timely, and courteous customer service in installation and alignment and to complete each job on time without error or omission. To provide the proper customer focus, the installation / alignment technician must: work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, expert service to every customer, promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate customer care during all operating hours, demonstrate a sense of urgent responsiveness to every customer no matter what service is requited, use customer service request form to understand customer service advisors and customer service managerâ��s instruction, fulfill the customers needs the first time, every time, communicate with customer service manager, customer service advisor and other technicians to meet Sears Automotive time standards and to exceed customer requirements.

Skills / Experience Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and have valid drivers license
Complete ASE certification in electrical (A6) and in steering and suspension (A4)
Prolong standing and walking
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Extended workdays of up to 10 hours
One - two years experience
