PERSONAL CAREGIVERS NEEDED
Patient:
• Intelligent 32 year old male quadriplegic (3 years after Brainstem stroke)
• Lives at home
Location:
• Naperville
Responsibilities:
• Daily exercises (ROM)
• Hygiene & Grooming
• Dressing & Undressing
• Bladder Care (urinal or external catheter)
• Bowel Care
• G-tube (PEG) feeding
• Responsible for patients bed linen & towel laundry
• Assist with medications (inhaler, nasal spray and g-tube)
• Transportation (patient owns accessible van)
• Patient transfers using mechanical lift into wheelchair
• Accompany patient to doctors, shopping, etc. as needed
• Computer Skills a plus
Requirements:
• Non-smoker (patient has allergies)
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US
• Fluent English proficiency
• Good Driver with valid driver’s license
• Resume, references, and criminal/civil background check required

Patient is looking for experienced, professional, reliable, compassionate and cheerful person. Patient needs to be surrounded by motivating caregiver(s).
Salary per Hour:
$10.50 – $11.00 (depending on experience)
