Overview: We are currently hiring Clinical Educators, who possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy a challenging and stimulating environment, and have a passion for improving the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
As a clinician, you will:
• Partner with field sales and sales management to provide peer-to-peer influence on targeted clinicians, through programs and presentations that communicate the advantages of our diagnostic tests for patients and medical practitioners.
• Interface with medical affairs and marketing to provide clinical expertise in message development, with the goal of incorporating our products and services into the everyday practice routine of clinicians and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a sales and marketing resource for sales force training.
• Work with the field sales organization to identify and develop clinical champions and thought-leaders, who can be utilized as potential speakers or advocates for the business.
• Design and conduct customized training and presentations on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this job, you:
• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant, or Physician, with a minimum of five years of directly applicable clinical experience (primary care or pediatrics is strongly preferred);
• Must be certified in pediatrics, family practice, or allergy;
• Must have a strong background in respiratory disease management therapy with successful teaching and presentation experience;
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently out of your home and must be willing to travel overnight approximately 25% of time (mainly in your own territory, but also throughout the U.S.);
• Must possess strong diagnostic clinical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and effective oral and written communication skills;
• Need to be able to "think on your feet" and be well organized and results focused;
• Must have a "sales orientation" and strong persuasiveness skills;
