Medical Assistant/Receptionist needed for a busy Otolaryngologist practice with offices in Highland Park and Long Grove. Certification required.
The ideal candidate must have experience, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Must be able to work independently , but function as part of our team.
Duties include: Checking in patients, assisting Physician with instructions at check out time, using our EMR system, obtaining insurance information and collecting copays at time of visit. Escorting patients to exam rooms, assisting Physicians with patient care, scanning documents into EMR.
This is a full time position. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00 pm, with a rotation of Saturday AM's. Must have reliable transportation.
