Job Description:
Multiple positions are available. Experienced and Non-Experienced candidates apply. A rewarding employment opportunity in an established Applied Behavior Analysis program working with children diagnosed with autism. Candidates will work one-on-one with clients and serve as support staff in the Sacramento area. Paid training will be provided. Full-time positions include medical, dental, vision after 90-days of employment along with paid vacation/sick/holiday time and 401k after 1 year of employment. Minimum one year employment commitment preferred.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates are those who can move quickly and swiftly from the floor, to the chair, and back, in a repeated motion throughout the day, for up to 4-6 hour blocks of time. For the safety of children, candidates must be able to move more quickly than the child they are working with, and may at times be responsible for 2 or 3 children they must be able to manage in the event a child bolts. Position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation. Bachelors Degree is required and Spanish bilingual applicants are a plus. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 hours of availability Monday-Friday in the afternoon and evenings with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Current drivers license, auto insurance, driving report, fingerprint/ background check, and TB testing is required.
