QUALIFICATIONS
To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Speak, read and write English
Knowledgeable in Nursing Care Plan implementation and reporting procedures, for CNA
State Certification needed,.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires State CNA certification
1 year experience working in a facility
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to correspond as required by BrightStar guidelines as well as the ability to respond professionally and appropriately on behalf of BrightStar.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Requires good interpersonal skills and exhibit a service orientation towards others. Must have the ability to demonstrate solid judgment about patient care. Must also demonstrate a sense of understanding and urgency for priorities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Successful candidate must submit to post offer, current CPR certification, TB clearence or Chest x-ray, physical examination/medical history check, drug screening and background check.
Shift: Various Pay Range: $9.50-$11.50
