Non-Medical Caregiver for Senior Home Care Agency in Omaha

Our Senior Home Care Agency, based in Omaha is seeking non-certified caregivers to provide care for our elderly clientele throughout the greater Omaha area. We have an immediate opening, however we typically hire one caregiver/week in the area.

As a non-medical caregiver with our agency, you will be working in the home of a client, leading all aspects of caregiving based on the clients' unique needs. Our most immediate need will work with a client that is starting to suffer from memory loss and needs help with basic errands, light meal prep, and checking vital signs.

This is a long-term non-live-in position. We're looking for someone that wants to commit to staying with our client for at least a few months, but longer is preferred. With this opportunity, we are able to offer a highly flexible schedule for the right candidate.

​JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Although this position does not require any formal caregiver training or experience, previous experience caring for a family member, loved one, or professionally is helpful
  • Compassionate
  • Dependable
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Positive references from past positions, professors, etc, (even if they are outside of the caregiver space) - we will check references
