Life Scan-(Back round Check)

CPR/First Aid Card

2 Step TB Test and Physical

10 Hour Basic Training with our company

Current DMV Driving Record/Proof of Auto Insurance

Current State Issued Drivers License/ID

Social Security Card or other forms of ID accepted on I-9 List
