Description
Our organization is currently hiring for a full time Pharmacy and Therapeutics Clinical Coordinator position. Primary job responsibilities include inpatient pharmacy formulary review and presentation to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, drug shortage alternatives and action plan development, participation in medication safety and quality, pre-printed order development and ongoing review, supervision of clinical staff, and participation in therapeutic decision making for several hospital committees.
This position reports to the Assistant Director of In-patient Pharmacy Services.
