JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to review, evaluate and assess medical conditions and cases for fitness for duty including but not limited to commercial motor vehicle operator. This includes the collection, investigation, analysis and processing of information involving occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses within the parameters all applicable federal & state laws, including ADA, OSHA and HIPAA.
