Description: Position Description: This position is responsible for providing expertise in reviewing, researching, and analyzing the letter quality of all types of appeals and grievances. Communicates with appropriate parties regarding appeals and grievance issues, implications, results, and decisions. Analyzes and identifies trends for all appeals and grievances. Moderate work experience within own function. Primary Responsibilities: Review appeal letters for Letter Content Accuracy, readability and ensure all regulations are met. Some work is completed without established procedures. Basic tasks are completed without review by others. Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.
