Busy Chiropractic clinic seeking FULL-TIME assistant;  bilinqual Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese a plus but not required.

Phone answering and basic computer skills absolutely necessary. Any Chiropractic experience is a plus; must be super reliable and work well with people; must be able to multi-task. Must have reliable transportation. Seeking someone mature and friendly with good character.

Ideal candidate will always be willing to serve and put the patient's needs first.


Job Summary:
- help doctor with therapies and some supervising physical therapy modalities
- able to competently supervise and explain office handouts, materials and procedures to patients
- insurance billing and documentation
- assist patients with paperwork, some history
- opening/closing duties

 

- calling insurance companies / attorney offices / scheduling patients
