JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality treatment environment for the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, referral development and client satisfaction. This position will maintain a patient caseload (up to 8 patients) and provide individual, family and group therapy. Additional responsibility will include providing consultations and/or therapy with patients’ families on issues pertaining to admission, treatment and discharge plans.
