Description Performs professional nursing duties including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of total care of each assigned patient. Initiate health care education to facilitate recovery of the patient. Provide direction and supervision to staff as appropriate. Collaborate with other healthcaregivers. Participate in quality improvement projects. Will be cross-trained to all nursing units and float where needed. Schedule: Minimum 106 hours per 6-week schedule.
