Source One Medical Management is looking for a experienced Medical Coder. This is a full time permanet position with a full benefit package.

Duties include but not limited to:

Responsible for quality control of current accounts and practice management for clients as needed.
Coding Reviews of accounts
Industry Updates
Benchmarking for accounts
Audits
Training
Compliance standards
A/R review
New systems implementation, ie; scanning, streamlining of procedures
Establish relationships with provider reps
Newsletter support

Requirements:

Certified Coder preferred but not required. If candidate isn't certified they Must have a minimum of 5 yrs working experience and SOMM will reimbursement exam costs for certification. Must have 5 years minimum experience in the healthcare field. Public speaking and education experience a plus.
