I am selling my 420 air miles for $90.00. I am moving to the US in a couple of months and will no longer be using my card, nor do I want to redeem my points for anything.
(To purchase additional air miles from the AirMiles company itself, they normally charge 30 cents a point, which would cost you $130.00 for 420 points.)
In order to get my points, I call up air miles, give them my account number, and YOUR account number and your name. They merge the accounts and my name is removed and my account is closed, and the points end up in your account. The process takes just a few minutes and does not cost anything.
