We are close to White Sands Missile Range it’s about 20 minutes away. There is a Family Dollar, Burger Time, gas station, Subway, Auto Zone and laundry mat next to us. There is a Savers grocery store about 2 exits up and main street is about 15 minutes or 7 minutes away depending on how you drive. Most people like it out here because it is quite and the homes are nice. I have added links below with the current available homes. At the end of the month is when people move out, So I might have more homes coming soon. I will keep you posted. I also added some common information of questions asked and info on our specials. Specials:

If you do a one year contract we will take $25.00 off the rent each month. And if you have a checking or savings account and we debit the rent out each month. Then we will take an additional $25.00 off the rent per month. Both specials combined will be $50.00

Breakdown:

If the rent is $675.00 minus the one year -25.00 and minus the ach for checking -25.00 = 625.00 for rent each month. You can pick either or both specials. Rent is $675.00- minus one special = 650.00 your choice.

The Deposit is the original amount listed, for example this home is $675.00.

So that is what the deposit is$675.00 not 625.00

There is an application fee of $20.00 per adult.

Pets:

Sun Rise Mesa Family Community only accepts two pets period. Dog/Cat combination, if you have anything other than that please let us know immediately. (Fish or baby turtles are not a problem). At this time we are no longer taking Pit Bulls, please do not ask for us to make an exception.

Pet Fee:

1^st Pet $150.00 fee, 2^nd Pet $150.00 fee. If you have a dog inside or outside, You are required to have a fence. If the home you choose has no fence, SRM will install a fence for $280.00 or you may install an approved chain link fence at your cost.

Lease Terms:

1 Year and 6 month lease terms. After the initial lease terms are met, there is an option to go month to month.
